The above date is the deadline for residents to submit any comments on development: a very large single addition to the heritage building resulting in a huge single family home.
HRG is thinking of supporting the DA as it will result in “Camden Lodge” style development, which is a much better result than the previous owners plan to build a massive boarding house on the property well in excess of the regulations.
